To expand the law which establishes penalties for a person in a relationship of trust who defrauds a "vulnerable adult," so as to apply the penalties to any caregiver. The bill refers to the definition of "vulnerable adult" in the <a href="http://michiganlegislature.org/mileg.asp?page=getObject&objName=mcl-750-145m">state penal code</a>, see subsection "u".
