To revise details of Michigan’s extraordinarily prescriptive and detailed liquor control and licensure law in a manner said to permit some direct-to-consumer beer, wine and liquor sales. However, the proposal appears to contain so many restrictions and conditions it is not clear that it wouldn't do the opposite.
