To make the use or possession of synthetic cannabinoids that mimic the effects of marijuana a misdemeanor, and along with House Bill 6038, also ban add other <a href="http://www.legislature.mi.gov/documents/2009-2010/billanalysis/Senate/htm/2009-SFA-6038-F.htm">chemically altered compounds</a> that are used for the explicit purpose of getting high.
