This would appropriate $130.5 million in gross spending, compared to $129.4 million, which was the FY 2007-2008 amount enrolled in 2007. Of this, $40.2 million will come from the general fund (funded by actual state tax revenues), compared to the FY 2007-2008 amount of $40.3 million.
