To tie-bar the bill to House Bill 5120, meaning this bill cannot become law unless that one does also. HB 5120 would mandate that all diesel fuel sold in Michigan contain at least 5 percent biodiesel if the Department of Agriculture certifies that Michigan producers have the “capacity” to produce at least 12 million gallons annually.
