2002 Senate Bill 1356

House Roll Call 1286: Passed

To update and revise regulations regarding the use, distribution, and disposition of the videorecorded statements of vulnerable witnesses such as children. Among other changes the revisions would provide penalties for a person who improperly releases a videotape, and authorize a court to place a videorecorded statement that becomes part of the court record under a protective order to protect the privacy of the witness.
