A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled “Natural resources and environmental protection act,” by amending sections 11108, 11109, and 11130 (MCL 324.11108, 324.11109, and 324.11130), sections 11108 and 11130 as amended by 2013 PA 73 and section 11109 as added by 2018 PA 689.
