To create a new state account (fund) to hold money that would be used to reimburse other school spending accounts for the revenue that would foregone if the legislature passes Senate Bill 621, which would give employed or self-employed individuals who work from home on the internet a $1,000 “refundable” state income tax credit, meaning the person would get a check for the amount the credit exceeds their state income tax liability.
