Revise county officer resignation procedures

To establish that an if an elected county officer other than county clerk or prosecutor desires to resign, the individual must file a written notice containing the effective date. Also, if the vacancy is in any other office the presiding or senior judge of probate, the county clerk, and the prosecuting attorney shall appoint a suitable individual to fill the vacancy.
