Authorize lawsuits, damage for false “stolen election” claims

To authorize lawsuits and $10,000 damage awards against a person who is said to have “falsely states that an election held in this state…was tainted by fraud, cheating, or manipulation or was rigged, stolen, filched, ripped off, hustled, robbed, or fleeced or that makes like allegations of malfeasance,” and who knows or shows “reckless regard” for whether the statement was false.
