Revise rules on video statements in child abuse cases

To permit video recorded statements to be considered as evidence in a criminal trial if consistent with the “confrontation clause” in the Sixth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, and if it was taken according to the forensic interviewing protocol implemented as required state law. This is part of a bill package addressing child abuse. See also House Bills 6290 and 6292.
