Revise laws to incorporate lessons learned from COVID epidemic

To revise a law that authorizes state workplace safety regulators to shut down certain operations or equipment in a workplace, and then petition a court to shut down the workplace itself. The bill would require that within 24 hours of filing that petition the legislature be given a detailed description of its provisions.
