Revise ‘mobile salon” and hair-braider licensure mandates

To revise a state licensure mandate for providers of “mobile salon” hair and grooming services, by extending its scope to include “shampoo services” offered in connections with “natural hair cultivation,” defined as hair styles that involve twisting, wrapping, weaving, extending, locking, or braiding by hand.
