To prescribe the timetables and deadlines that would apply to Freedom of Information Act requests submitted to the legislature, and for appeals of requests that are denied. This is part of a package comprised of Senate Bills 233 to 241 that would extend the state’s open records law to the legislature, subject to a range of exceptions and exemptions.
