To extend the Freedom of Information Act to legislators, whose offices are currently exempt, subject to a broad range of exceptions and exemptions. This bill prescribes the duties of the Legislative Council related to appeals and other procedures, document retention requirements for legislative offices, and more. It is part of a package comprised of Senate Bills 233 to 241.
