Restrict certain "recurring services" business practices

To make it a violation of the state consumer protection act for a person engaged in trade or commerce that permits customers to enter into an agreement online for “recurring services,” to not permit customers to cancel that agreement online. “Recurring services" are defined by the bill as telephone services, media subscriptions, gym memberships, newspaper subscriptions, internet services, gaming passes and potentially others.
