Impose lobbying moratorium on former lawmakers

To impose a two-year moratorium on a former member of the Michigan House or Senate accepting money or spending money for lobbying. The law the bill amends defines “lobbyist” as someone who spends more than $1,000 during a year lobbying, or $250 lobbying a single public official.
