Revise mental health hospital bed registry detail

To revise details of the process used by state-operated hospital bed registries related to mental health to report this information to the contractor or entity that operates a Michigan mental health hotline. The bill would also require the hotline operators to inform callers the bed-availability data may not be accurate and nothing is guaranteed.
