Ban licensure sanctions for executive order violations

To establish that an individual or business subject to a government occupational licensure mandate is not subject to license suspension or administrative sanctions for violating a provision of an executive order issued during a declared state of emergency. This bill amends the skilled trades regulation act, and is part of a package comprised of House Bills 6108 to 6111.
