Revise mental health treatment complaint mediation process

To revise details of a mediation provision in a law specifying procedures for complaints that an individual’s rights were violated in a matter involving mental health services provided directly by or under contract with a government agency. The bill would require the complainant to be offered the opportunity to mediate the dispute as a first step.
