Establish “right of publicity" property right

To establish that an individual has a transferable property interest in his or her right of publicity for his or her lifetime plus 50 years. Specifically, the bill would ban using the name or likeness of an individual who is a public figure for commercial profit without written consent from the person or his or her successor in the interest.
