Revise criminal presentencing report detail

To require the presentencing report prepared by the probation officer in a criminal trial to be distributed to the prosecutor, the defendant's attorney, and the defendant at least two days before the sentencing. Also, to prohibit the report from including a victim's or witness's address or telephone number, except under certain circumstances.
