Require moving over for stopped postal vehicle

To require drivers to move into the left lane (on a four lane road) when passing a stationary postal vehicle, and to exercise “due care and caution” on other roads, subject to 90 days in jail and a $500 fine, and up to 2 or 15 years in prison if the violation leads to the injury or death (respectively) of a postal worker.
