Authorize Michigan Tax Tribunal “informal conference”

To allow a taxpayer to request and the Michigan Tax Tribunal to authorize an “informal conference” process regarding a property tax assessment dispute. The conference would take place at the local assessor’s office, and if it produced no resolution the dispute would proceed to the Tax Tribunal.
