To revise a <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2007-SB-452">2007 law</a> that imposed extensive new licensure mandates on residential builders, by extending until June 1, 2011 the deadline for one of the principles in a contractor business to also have an individual license as well as one for the company; this requires 60 hours of courses mandated by the new law.
