To revise procedures for the annexation of township property to a village, and the detachment of village property to a township. The bill is part of a legislative package comprised of Senate Bills 1078 to 1083 that establish detailed rules, timetables and procedures for annexing township property to a village or city, or detaching village or city property to a township, including a referendum under certain circumstances.
