Repeal pistol “safety inspection” law

To repeal the crime of having a pistol that has not been presented to the local law enforcement agency for a “safety inspection.” The bill is tie-barred to Senate Bill 370, which repeals the inspection requirement. A person would still be required to obtain a license to acquire a pistol.
