Require consideration of carpool and hybrid vehicle lanes in highway planning

To require the Department of Transportation to consider implementing car pool and hybrid car lanes in the design, maintenance, improvement and construction of state trunk line highways. Also, to require that the environmental impact statements required for certain road projects be posted on the department’s website, and that they include the feasibility of implementing a car pool lane in the project.
