Expand campaign finance regulations

To require paid candidate radio or TV ads to include the tag-line “I am (name of the candidate) and I approve this message.” Also, to require automated mass phone calls (“robo-calls”) in candidate election campaigns to include the name and address of the person paying for the call, and whether it was authorized by the candidate.
