Require disclosure of released sex criminal’s address

To require prisoners who are sex offenders and who are about to be released to give the Department of Corrections the address where they will reside, and require the department to give this to the local law enforcement agency. The bill shifts the responsibility to notify local agencies from the individual to the Department of Corrections.
