Ban use of public records to commit crime

To prohibit and establish criminal penalties using public records or information to commit or attempt to commit a crime. The misdemeanor created by the bill would be punishable by up to 93 days and a fine of up to $500. The felony created by the bill would be punishable by imprisonment for up to five years, a fine of up to $10,000.
