Note: Several private organizations already collect and distribute wild game to the needy without government assistance, including <a href="http://www.sportsmenagainsthunger.org/index.html">Michigan Sportsmen Against Hunger</a> and <a href="http://www.tednugent.com/about_tnusa/hunters_hungry.shtml">”Hunters for the Hungry”</a>.
