Cap non-resident auto insurance benefits

To cap the bodily injury auto insurance benefits payable to a non-resident at $500,000. Under Michigan’s no-fault auto insurance system, these injury benefits are unlimited, with the amount over $350,000 paid out of extra MCCA assessments on auto insurance bills. MCCA is the entity established to provide reinsurance to cover the liability of individual auto insurance companies for medical claims above $350,000 per incident.
