Revise state board of sanitarians

To revise the composition of the state board of sanitarians, and adopt the standards of the National Environmental Health Association to determine the educational qualifications and test standards required for sanitarians. A “sanitarian” is a person with a “specialized education and experience in the physical, biological, and sanitary sciences as applied to the educational, investigational, and technical duties in the field of environmental health”.
