To make possession or release of certain aquatic species a felony subject to up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Prohibited species include including Asian Carp (Bighead, Silver Carp, and Snakehead Carp), Bitterling, Black Carp, Grass Carp, Ide, Japanese Weatherfish, Rudd and Tench fish.
