To authorize the Department of Treasury to negotiate uniform agreements with sovereign Indian tribes for collection of state sales, income, use, tobacco, and other taxes on commerce conducted by tribal members with non-tribal members. See also Senate Bills 1502 to 1504, which would extend certain tax exemptions to tribal members.
