To require absconding fugitives to pay a $100 fine as a condition of parole, with 90 percent of the money to go to the fugitive transport assessment fund proposed by Senate Bill 1365, and 10 percent to the court to pay reporting and money transfer costs. The bill is part of a package comprised of Senate Bills 1363 to 1367.
