To amend the charter township act so as to refer to a section of election law that would be affected by Senate Bill 439, which would require all elections in the state to be held on one of four days: the fourth Tuesday in February, the first Tuesday after the first Monday in May, the first Tuesday after the first Monday in August, and the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November.
