To add provisions which make certain circuit, probate, and district court boundaries co-terminous, so as to make it easier to adopt the new system proposed by House Bill of concurrent jurisdiction among trial courts. The amendment also adds language clarifying provisions of a recently passed law adding "dating relationships" to those covered by domestic violence laws.
