To make it a misdemeanor, punishable by up to 93 days' imprisonment and/or a maximum fine of $500, for a person intentionally to conceal his or her identity by wearing a mask to facilitate the commission of a crime. Currently, is a misdemeanor to assemble, march, or parade on any street or public place wearing a mask.
