To replace the previous version of the bill with one which leaves in place the current 3,500 square feet of habitable space limit, but changes the definition of habitable space to mean only space used for living, sleeping, eating, or cooking, and not include a heater or utility room, crawl space, basement, attic, garage, open porch, balcony, terrace, court, deck, bathroom, toilet room, closet, hallway, storage space, etc.
