To authorize the state to enter into agreements with outside parties for the placement on limited access highways of commercial or noncommercial electronic devices and structures that provide travel information subscribers or others. This would include electronic kiosks at rest areas, and related data collection devices. Revenue from the agreements would be used for road building and maintenance.
