To require the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain road signs that identify villages, townships, and unincorporated communities in Upper Peninsula rural areas that are within 5 miles of an exit point of a state trunk line highway, and are identified on the official state or county transportation map. The village, township, or unincorporated community need not have a postmaster to qualify.
