2021 Senate Bill 458: Require governor notify legislature when traveling out of state

Amendment offered by Sen. Jeff Irwin (D) on June 2, 2021
To make an exception to the proposed requirement for the governor's successor to notify legislative leaders of a governor's absence from the state, for any of them who "presents a security risk to this state because of his or her affiliations with a domestic terrorist organization".
The amendment failed 16 to 20 in the Senate on June 2, 2021.
