To appropriate $86.7 million federal coronavirus relief/stimulus dollars for assistance to nonpublic schools, and $10 million for $50 grants per child to the parents of children who are enrolled in summer school in 2021. These appropriations had been in another bill but were line-item vetoed by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.
