To permit retired employees of the state’s unemployment insurance program bureau to collect both a paycheck and a pension check if they come back to work during the coronavirus epidemic emergency to help process benefit claims by locked-down workers. The bill would extend the same privilege to retirees of the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration, which enforces work place safety regulations.
