To designate Wilderness State Park, a portion of Port Crescent State Park in Huron County, and state forestland within Bliss Township, Cross Village Township, and Wawatam in Emmet County as “dark sky preserves.” Also, to prohibit establishing a dark sky preserve in the Upper Peninsula, and prohibit restrictions on motorized and nonmotorized recreational use based on the designation.
