To require state agencies to try to figure out a way to stop a welfare recipient’s “bridge card” from being used to withdraw cash in a casino. Also, to prohibit recipients from purchasing lottery tickets, alcohol or tobacco products with a Bridge card. “Bridge cards” are debit cards that have replaced food stamps and are also used for cash welfare payments.
