To require the Michigan Strategic Fund to give gas stations $2,000 subsidies to convert pumps dispensing 85 percent ethanol gasoline and 5 percent biodiesel fuel, and up to $15,000 for the cost of installing new equipment. Similar subsidies would be available for certain a motor fuel storage and distribution facilities, and the aggregate statewide grants would be capped at $500,000 per year.
