2021 House Bill 4728: Exempt high school graduation ceremonies from “lockdown” orders

To establish that emergency “lockdown” orders issued by the state health department do not prohibit or otherwise limit holding a high school graduation commencement ceremony held during the 2020-2021 school year at a public or nonpublic school to honor the graduating class of 2020 or 2021.   Official Text and Analysis.
